#### 2026 PublicAI Roadmap

*Here’s what we’re building in 2026. Priorities may evolve, but the mission stays the same: more access, more quality, more impact.*

***

#### 2026 Q1 — Tighten the core

* **Open the doors to more languages and dialects** with faster onboarding and clearer “what good looks like.”
* **Level up quality verification** with stronger review tools, APIs, and feedback loops.
* **Quality Upgrade Campaign**: re-record, repair, and replace low-quality samples to raise the floor everywhere.
* **PUBLIC token utility upgrades** to make rewards and collateral flows safer, clearer, and more reliable.

#### 2026 Q2 — Launch and scale

* **Ship the DataHub mobile app** so more contributors can participate from anywhere.
* **Scale language coverage toward 30+ languages** with **high-accuracy targets** on supported datasets and tasks.
* **Boost throughput and efficiency** so we can grow revenue and rewards without sacrificing quality.
* **Launch EmbodyAI (robotic data collection)** to start capturing real-world data for embodied AI.

#### 2026 Q3 — Go deeper, not just broader

* **Expand toward 40+ languages and 20+ dialects**.
* **Edge-case data push**: collect the hard examples that make models actually robust.
* **PublicAI Research reports**: publish evaluation insights the community can cite and share.
* **Community growth milestone**: more missions, faster cycles, and more visible wins for contributors.

#### 2026 Q4 — Scale trust at enterprise level

* **Scale toward 100+ languages and 50+ dialects** where measurement is reliable and quality can be verified.
* **Expand edge-case programs** for enterprise-grade evaluation and training.
* **Quality Upgrade Campaign at scale**: continuous improvement, not one-off cleanup.
* **Increase token accessibility and liquidity** through broader market and exchange support.
