PublicAI operates as a community-driven platform where contributors earn tokens by providing valuable AI training data. Here's how our 1 billion total token supply is allocated:

**Community Rewards (35% – 350M tokens)** The largest allocation goes directly to community members who contribute data to AI training campaigns. These tokens are issued based on actual platform revenue - when clients pay for data collection, contributors receive tokens equivalent to that payment value. This creates a sustainable, performance-based reward system.

**Community Distribution (20% – 200M tokens):**

* **Airdrop**: Rewards for early adopters and community engagement, including holders of DataBabies NFTs and dedicated users who have earned points contributing to the Human Layer of AI through Data Hub and Data Hunter.
* **Staking Rewards**: Liquidity incentives, rewards for long-term token holders with passive income, and active participants in DAO governance.

**Investor Funding (15% – 150M tokens)** Reserved for early supporters, including VCs and angel investors. These early believers in PublicAI provided crucial funding for platform development.

**Public Sale (3% – 30M tokens)** Open to the global community, enabling broader participation in the PublicAI ecosystem. This allocation democratizes access to $PUBLIC tokens and expands the contributor base beyond private investors.

**Foundation Treasury (12% – 120M tokens)** Managed by the PublicAI Foundation for ecosystem grants, research, strategic partnerships, and operational reserves.

**Core Operations (15% – 150M tokens):**
